Please complete our contact form to request information about any of our environmental due diligence products, including ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, ASTM Transaction Screen, or Quick Order one of our two economical due diligence products for real estate transactions:
1. Database Desk Risk Review (DDRR) Standard. This product includes a professional review of online environmental records and current and historical records of the property. A professional opinion is provided along with an environmental risk rating of low, medium, or high risk.
2. Database Desk Risk Review (DDRR) PLUS. This product includes the Database Desk Review Standard, plus a telephone interview with the property owner or representative, and completion of the owner/occupant portion of the ASTM Transaction Screen Questionnaire.
A DDRR Standard or Plus may be appropriate for real estate transactions involving:
- Vacant Land
- Undeveloped Land
- Residential Property
- Multi-Family Property
- Loan Refinancing
- Annual Environmental Compliance Reviews (required by some lenders, and properties with Environmental Use Restrictions (EURs) or Activity and Use Limitations (AULs).
* Request current pricing when submitting your information for DDRR Standard or DDRR Plus along with the subject property address and any other relevant information. Note, that these two products do not include a physical visit to the property. Site visits are included with an ASTM Transaction Screen or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. Inquire about these other products if a DDRR might not meet your environmental due diligence requirements.
